By taking part in or volunteering for Run Fest 2026, participants acknowledge and understand that:
- 01Run Fest 2026 is an outdoor community event, and participation may involve certain risks commonly associated with walking, running, volunteering, weather conditions, road environments, and other circumstances that may arise during the event.
- 02Participation is entirely voluntary, and each participant is encouraged to take part at a pace and level that is appropriate to their individual fitness and comfort.
- 03Participants are encouraged to ensure that they are in appropriate physical condition and medically fit to participate in the event.
- 04While every reasonable effort will be made to promote a safe and enjoyable experience, Fortis Tigris Running Club, Jounieh Run Club, the Municipality of Jounieh, event organisers, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and service providers cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or other incident that may occur in connection with participation in the event.
- 05Participants remain responsible for their own personal belongings, medical coverage, and personal wellbeing throughout the event.
- 06In the event of a medical or other emergency, organisers may coordinate or seek appropriate assistance on behalf of a participant when considered necessary.
- 07Photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event may be used by the organisers and partners for communication, promotional, and community engagement purposes.
- 08Run Fest 2026 is a recreational community event designed to encourage health, wellbeing, and community spirit. It is not intended as a competitive race. Participants are encouraged to run or walk responsibly and in accordance with their individual abilities.
Participation in Run Fest 2026 constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
